Webilt Family Camp Weekend Summary Post --(A summarized list of all planning items will be maintained in this 1st post. Please review it periodically to make sure your items have been captured correctly)

Webilt Family Camp Weekend is the same weekend as the Axial Fest (June 13, 14, & 15) at Cisco Grove Campground.

We have a large block of campsites held under "Webilt" (sites B18 thru B32 --I think). Call Cisco, select unclaimed spot, and pay for it. Sites are first come first serve.

3 regular spots are available this year that always get booked 1st since 2 families are not coming and I moved down 1 site. They are Brian's former spot (B27), Sean's former spot (B25), and Jim's former spot (B23).

Number in party for Saturday nite Dinner (and what you're bringing for Potluck Dinner):

Jim --- 6 (Potato Salad, Garlic bread)
Jamie --- 4 (Desert plate)
Arlan --- 2 (Appetizer)
Luiji --- 3 (Soda,waters)
Forest --- 1 (Chips & Dip)
Tom --- 2 (Corn on the cobb)
Rick --- 4 (Crack Beans)
Icewolf --- 2 (Pasta salad)
James --- 6 (Paper plates, bowls, plastic forks)
JDunn --- 2 Bean Dip and Chips
Curt VZ --- 4 (Something)
Dave --- 4 (Appetizer, marinade for meat)
John --- 1 (desert)

Event Volunteers:
Jim --- Event Master planner
Dave --- Buying & bringing Tri-tip
James --- Bringing BBQ
Tom --- Horseshoe tournament coordinator
Rick --- Dinner coordinator
JDunn --- Finding Carl
???? --- Run coordinator (We need a volunteer)

Yes that is the weekend . June 13 14 15. You can call and get spots reserved now , under Webilt . Same camping spots . Not sure how much $$.

We will be reserving our same spot,

sounds like the Axial Fest will be moving their group deeper into the camp ground, up by that roofed area (where the Church people were last year)

We have a tentative Softball Tournament that weekend, plus June 15th in our Anniversary.

We pulled it up a week this year because the axial guys scheduled their event earlier. Given the number of conflicts should we consider moving it out 1 week (back to the usual weekend)? Thoughts?
