Ok, since no one objected and everyone seems to be OK with July, July 17 to 19 is the date for the 2015 Family Camping Weekend.

I drove up to Cisco Grove this afternoon to check out the options and secured 12 campsites in a group. We have sites 50 thru 63 and 94. They are all in a circle (OK, an oval) and we have a big center area in the middle of the oval .

All sites are pretty good size, but I classified them as either MEDIUM length or LONG so folks with big RVs have a better idea which ones may work best. All sites are flat and good for tents and there are lots of big pine trees for shade.

MEDIUM SITES: 50, 51, 55, 60, 62, 94 LONG SITES: 52, 53, 54, 56, 61, 63 (63 is probably the longest site with 61 and 56 almost as long)

Here's the list of reserved sites so far:
A40 --- Sean
A50 --- Sean's guest
A51 --- Brian
A54 --- John
A55 --- Brian (Icewolf) & Val
A60 --- Jim
A61 --- Dave Mc
A63 --- Jamie
A65 --- Luiji
A94 --- James

Number of Folks for Dinner/What your bringing for Potluck
- Club --------------- Ribs & Bacon
- Jim, 4 people, ----Potatoe Salad
- Dave, 2 people, --- BBQ stuff
- Sean, 2 people, 2 kids ----Mac n Cheeze
- Sean guest, 2 people, 2 kids ---- Dessert
- Jaime, 4-6 people, - bread, rolls, butter
- John, 2 people, ---- pasta salad
- Luiji, 2 people, --- Chips & salsa
- James, 5 people, --- Brownies & Cookies
- Brian, 4 people, --- Green salad
- Zach, 3 people, --- Hot Dogs & condiments
- Rick, 2-3 people, --- Ugly beans

The Campground folks say this year's Axial event is way bigger than any of the past ones and the Axial folks already have sections B, H and I fully booked and are starting to overflow and book spots in section A. Given this, Cisco will only hold our 12 sites as reserved until May so if you're going it's best to call and secure a site soon. Post up as you do and I'll keep the list updated here.

[color=#FFFF00]COMMITEE LEADS: We still need a few volunteers
- Food == Luiji
- Clean up = = Jamie
- Cooking == Rick
- BBQ == Dave & Sean
- Trail run coordinator == Rick
- Entertainment
- Projector == Brian

Luiji, Each site can easily fit your motor home as even the medium sites are a good size. The only site I'd suggest you not reserve with your size motorhome is 62. Brian's trailer would fit well there (or my camper) but 62 might be a slight bit short for your motorhome (and TOO short if you had a trailer and wanted to leave it connected).

I have spots A40 and A50 reserved. A50 for a non club member.

There are several spots in the Webilt reserved area that do not have power, so verify when you call.

There was talk about volunteers and lots of discussion about food items at the last meeting.
Ribs for the main dish?
And creating a sign up food item spreadsheet. Cooking and cleanup staff.
No volunteers yet.

A40? Is that a typo? That's not in our group of reserved sites.

A40 not a typo. The other spots long enough that I can fit in one had power issues the other I don't think I can make the turn.
