Ive been totally lagging on this , I haven't called yet . If theres no more spots Anyone have room for a tent ?

ALL others who are going and need a spot, reserve them ASAP.

Cisco reserved 12 choice spots for us in a group and only 6 of them are booked. These 6 spots will be released to the public any day now so you'll need to move quickly so axial folks don't reserve spots in between us and you're SOL.

Who else is going that will be tenting it? Partner up with James and split the cost. Each site has plenty of space for 2 tents and since it's in the trees there plenty of shade.

I just spoke to Cisco Grove today and they said the Webilt group has only paid for 5 of the 12 spots we have reserved. If your going please call and pay for your spot ASAP.

Also, I still need volunteers and only have one person step forward to help so far (Thanks Jamie!). We need:
- Food Lead (what is meal plan and need to coordinate shopping)
- Cooking Lead
- Volunteer to tow Club BBQ to/from Cisco

I have a Sams club membership, and the checkbook. I will do the shopping. Figure out what I'm buying and I will handle that.

Ok, taking inventory on sites paid for it looks like we are spread out instead of in a group. This means we will have Axial folks between us unless we decide to consolidate more.

Below is the list of campsites paid for and by whom.

Below that is a site map of the sites Cisco is holding for Webilt (in the blue circle) and the campsites that are paid for by members (circled in red).

Check out the 1st post. I added a few lists.

1st -- How many folks are planning to be at Saturday nites dinner
2ond -- What potluck item folks can bring for Saturday's dinner
3rd -- List of additional volunteers needed

Please post up and let us know how many to count for diner, what your bringing, and what your volunteering for.

OK, I finally reserved site #54 for Saturday. Might be able to come up Friday, but we'll see . . .
There will be two of us, and I'll probably bring a pasta salad and/or goodies for dessert or breakfast Sunday morning.
