Ok this years 2016 family camp event is July 15 thru 17 at Cisco Grove Campground. It's the same weekend as the 10th Anniversary of the Axial Fest.

We have the same 12 sites reserved in section A as last year. Members going need to choose your site and call Cisco to pay for it by no later than May 1. (This year's Axial event is bigger than ever and any sites not paid for by May 1 will be given to Axial folks)

To keep our group together we need everyone to reserve their sites consecutively (and back to back) starting on the right side at site 50 and 60. (Reason is in case we don't use all sites we don't want axial folks separating our group like last year)

Here's the list of reserved sites so far:
A50 ---
A51 --- Forest Friend (Steve White)
A52 --- Brian Dierksen
A53 --- Sean
A54 --- Jamie
A55 --- Jamie Friend (Kyle-Raquel Hilton)
A56 --- Jon
A60 --- Jim
A61 --- Dave
A62 --- Sean
A63 --- James
A94 ---

Number of Folks for Dinner/What your bringing for Potluck
- Jim 2 ---- Potatoe Salad
- James 4 ---- Plates, forks, knives
- Jamie 4 to 6 ---- Desert
- Jamie's friend 6 ---- Watermelon and little smokies
- Luiji 2 ---- Fruit tray
- Dave 4 ---- French Bread
- Brian D 2 ---- ?
- Brian L 2 ---- ?
- Jon 2 ---- Pasta Salad
- Steve White 2 ---- Green salad
- Sean 4 ---- jalapeño poppers and dessert
- Sean's Friend 4 ---- ?

COMMITEE LEADS: We need volunteers for these areas:
- Food purchase
- Food Prep
- Clean up
- BBQ Transportation --- Forest
- In camp entertainment & games

CAMPSITE MAP: Sites circled in red are taken.

Added to list and site map file updated.

Question: Is there any special reason why you reserved a site farther to the left vs nearer to the right side where we want to occupy incase we don't get enough members to reserve all 12 sites?

I thought 63 might be a little farther away from the public rest rooms "smell" than 52 . Sean said dave is getting 61 , sean is 62 , forest friend is 51.
The lady said we could switch before they go public .

Ok, didn't know those other campsite details. If Webilt members book down to at least 54 on the other side than we will be back to back with you at the end and have the full center area as ours.

Anyone know if Forest's friend booked 51? If so I'll mark it off.

if I sell the warrior between now and the cutoff date I will probably change sites away from the main road if they are still available. only reason I picked where I am is the gal in tje office up there read the desxription as large easy to get into pull through site. being the warrior is 45' im a little limited

Did your friend book 51 or is it still available?

You need to call and book your sites ASAP or Cisco will start assigning them to Axial folks later this month.

I've reserved 62 and 53. I think McQueary has 61.

Yes Dave McQueary has spot 61.

7 out of 12 spots booked. I updated the list in the main post.
